Scientific activities

The Department of Architectural Design was established in 1992.
The aim of the department is to train qualified architects who are able to cope with all tasks of forming a built environment such as: settlement and area organizing, building designing, renovation, and protection of historic buildings. They should be able to practice scientific and educational activities and manage the managerial aspect of construction and official tasks of their professional field.
They will be able to manage and coordinate a team that takes part in planning. They should be interested in social science and art. Due to their receptivity, they should be able to complete a task that is art rather than engineering.
The department operates a well-equipped modelling studio in which our students can create their maquette with the help of professional tools.
